Viewer Screen Overview
The Viewer screen allows you to view deliveries for a date range using specific filters. Delivery data can be reviewed before or after the delivery takes place.Steps:
- To access the Viewer screen navigate to the Scheduling tab and click on the Viewer icon.
- The Viewer screen has four tabs: Filter, View, Data, and Settings. The Viewer screen opens on the Filter tab.
The Filter Tab - The Filter tab can be used to filter what information is displayed on the Viewer grid.
- You can filter by Status, Account, Class, Purpose, and Mode.
- The âOther Filterâ can be used to filter by Needs (delivery item), and Client Classes
- Attendant, Assignment, Providers, Zones, Invoice # and User are not used in deliveries.
The View Tab - The View tab is used to customize the information seen on the Viewer Screen. You can customize to your exact preference and share your view with other users.
- To customize your view, click on the bottom arrow in the Column Visibility window.
- Select the columns youâd like to display on your grid by clicking on the column type. Those being used will be highlighted orange. Click the option to add and click the orange options to remove.
- The Field to Change is a drop down of all the different fields you can change in bulk.(Account, Billing status, Mode, Program, Purpose, and Status).
- The Rate Fixer and Signatures windows do not apply to deliveries.
The Settings Tab - The Settings tab is used to adjust the Viewer Screen settings.
- Some data in the grid is editable by clicking on the field. If you are unable to click in the field to edit, click on the Settings tab and make sure that Edit Data in Grid is checked.
