Dispatch Screen Overview

The Dispatch screen is within the Operations Tab. The Dispatch Screen allows you to see all of your deliveries and statuses for a selected day. You can view all of your deliveries on the main grid, or you can search for a specific delivery by using the search function in the bottom right-hand corner of the dispatch screen.

Steps:

  1. Access the Dispatch Screen through the Operations Tab.
  2. Select the Dispatch icon. The Dispatch window opens on the Filter Tab.
The Filter Tab allows you to filter what information you want to view on the Dispatch grid.
  • Data can be filtered by Date, Status, Account, Route and Client Class.
  • The Other Filter can be used to filter by Delivery Type (Needs) and Account Class.
  • The filters Attendant, Assignment, and Zones are not applicable for Deliveries.
The View Tab - allows you to customize the information displayed on the Dispatch Screen. You can customize your view to your exact preference and share your view with other users.
  • To customize your view, click on the bottom arrow in the Column Visibility window.
  • Select the types of Columns you’d like to display on your grid by clicking on the Column type. Those being used will be highlighted orange. Click the option to add and click the orange options to remove.
The Settings Tab you can use the Settings tab to further customize the information a user sees on the Dispatch Screen. The Settings and Styles are geared towards allowing the dispatch team to focus on the trip details most important to the business.
  • Hover over each of the Settings/Styles to see what they do. You can click on any box to add the setting to your grid.
